"We are longtime State Farm customers and have been very happy with the service we’ve received through Kyle’s office, from getting our homeowner’s and auto insurance transferred across states, to adding an umbrella policy, to signing up for the Ting fire protection three year subscription. We became big fans of Ting after it detected a significant fire risk this past week in our house. We had suspected we might have an electrical issue after lights would dim or flicker sporadically. It got worse after the last storm and power outage. I moved the Ting plug-in to the room with the most issues, and within hours, it alerted us to an arcing and voltage issue. A Ting rep called me immediately and the same person worked closely with us the entire time to get the problem diagnosed and to monitor our risk factor in the meantime. As I write, we are still in the process of getting the problems fixed (fried breakers and loose outlet and switch wires), but Ting will be paying $1000 towards labor costs of the repair. I’m feeling very grateful and glad to share my story to encourage others to take advantage of the Ting program offered by State Farm."
